- Assist customers in understanding policy options, coverage benefits, and benefits administration processes to ensure informed decision-making.
- Manage sales administration tasks including processing applications, updating client records, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations related to sensitive health information.
- Analyze customer needs using analysis skills to recommend suitable insurance solutions that align with their financial goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase product awareness and customer engagement.
- Provide ongoing customer service support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Support bilingual or multilingual clients by offering clear communication in their preferred language to enhance accessibility and trust.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer decisions positively.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Familiarity with sales administration processes and CRM systems for tracking client interactions and sales progress.
