Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, outreach, and converting leads into policies

• Consult with clients to evaluate their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage

• Sell and cross-sell a broad portfolio: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships with proactive support and policy reviews

• Exceed personal sales goals to drive agency-wide success

• Stay up to date on products, compliance, and industry best practices

• Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow up, and oversee renewals

• Engage in team meetings and strategy sessions to help drive agency growth

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Confident in making outbound calls and closing business

• Adaptable, coachable, and passionate about learning

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)

• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
