Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Insurance Agent specializing in Home and Auto insurance. In this role, you will actively engage with prospects and clients in our busy Call Center, providing expert guidance on coverage options, negotiating policies, and delivering outstanding customer service. Your enthusiasm for sales combined with your communication skills will help clients secure the best coverage while ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales activities on incoming fresh call-ins and fresh exclusive web leads to obtain new clients interested in home and auto insurance policies
• Provide personalized insurance consultations, explaining policy features and benefits clearly and transparently
• Negotiate terms and premiums with clients to secure optimal coverage solutions that fit their needs and budgets
• Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, updating client records, and following up on leads
• Maintain excellent communication skills to build trust and long-term relationships with clients

Qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively
• Spanish bilingual abilities are highly desirable but not required
• Strong analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend suitable coverage options
• Experience with sales administration tools and CRM systems preferred
• Licensed for Insurance in California

We value work/life balance at SkyBlue and are closed on weekends. Monday through Friday schedules only and paid weekly on Friday. Pay: $72,500.00 - $145,000.00 per year
