KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and manage estimates using Xactimate
• Submit, track, and negotiate supplements
• Communicate directly with insurance adjusters on active claims
• Review scopes and ensure accuracy for production
• Stay on top of claims and follow up consistently
• Support project managers and sales team on claim strategy
• Maintain clean, organized claim documentation without delays
