- Insurance Coordinator with 3 years of professional experience in claims submission, authorization, and insurance approval processes. MBBS passed, with strong medical knowledge supporting accurate documentation. Holding a valid driving license
- Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility before services.
- Obtain pre-approvals / authorizations for procedures, consultations, and investigations.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to resolve pending, rejected, or delayed claims. Handle insurance claims submission, follow-up, and resubmissions.
- Review medical records and codes to ensure accuracy and compliance with insurance requirements.
- Prepare and maintain patient insurance files and required documentation.
- Ensure timely billing and claim submission within insurance timelines (TAT).
- Communicate with patients regarding insurance benefits, approvals, and coverage limits.
- Work closely with doctors, nurses, and administration to ensure smooth insurance workflow.
- Update and maintain insurance portal systems (e.g., TATMEEN, MOH etc. if applicable).
- Identify and correct claim errors to prevent rejections.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly insurance reports as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient medical and financial information.
