Job Purpose:
To manage and coordinate all insurance-related activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of patient claims, adherence to DHA and insurance regulations, and smooth communication between the clinic, patients, and insurance providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Insurance Coordination & Approvals
- Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility prior to services.
- Obtain pre-authorization and approvals for treatments and procedures.
- Ensure all documentation complies with DHA and insurance requirements.
- Claims Management
- Prepare, review, and submit insurance claims accurately and on time.
- Follow up on pending, rejected, or underpaid claims.
- Maintain proper documentation and claim tracking records.
- Billing & Reconciliation
- Coordinate with the accounts department to reconcile insurance payments.
- Verify invoices against approved claims and received payments.
- Ensure all discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Compliance & DHA Policy Knowledge
- Ensure compliance with DHA standards, policies, and insurance regulations.
- Stay updated with any changes in DHA or insurance company policies.
- Support the clinic in DHA audits or inspections related to insurance processes.
- Patient Support & Communication
- Educate patients about their insurance benefits and coverage.
- Handle insurance-related queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate between doctors, patients, and insurance companies as needed.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of all claims, rejections, and payments.
- Prepare regular reports on claim status, collection trends, and insurance performance.
- Assist management in optimizing the revenue cycle process
- Clinic Admin
- Manage day to day operations.
- Billing, Registration.
- Selling Health pacakges, DHA work, DHA Inspection internally with Medical Director.
- DSC Reporting, Dialy revenue reports, Inventory Management, HR Management
- Maintain Staff file, Schedule interviews as per the requirmeents, Facility and Service Management
- Manage day to day requirements in the clinic
- Keeping the records of PPM, and regulatrory requirements
- Staff Management, Making the letters for the management.
- Daily revenue report, Monthly Reports
- Opening and closing of the sales and stocks
- Payroll and Attendance managment along with accountant
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Insurance Coordinator in a healthcare facility (UAE preferred).
- Strong knowledge of DHA policies, eClaimLink, and insurance claim processes.
- Familiar with healthcare insurance portals and claim submission software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Arabic knowledge is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
