Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Insurance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing insurance processes, coordinating with insurance companies, and ensuring accurate and timely claims processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage
  • Submit and follow up on insurance claims
  • Coordinate with insurance companies for approvals and inquiries
  • Handle claim rejections and resubmissions
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with policies
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Insurance Coordinator (preferably in healthcare)
  • Knowledge of medical insurance processes in Qatar
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in clinics or hospitals
  • Familiarity with local insurance providers and regulations
