Insurance Coordinator (Medical Coder License Required)

Juman Pearls Dental Clinic is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Insurance Coordinator with a valid Medical Coder License to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

* Verify patients’ insurance eligibility and benefits.

* Obtain pre-authorizations and approvals for dental treatments.

* Submit insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner.

* Follow up on pending claims, rejections, and resubmissions.

* Review treatment plans and ensure proper coding for insurance claims.

* Coordinate with insurance companies regarding approvals and claim status.

* Maintain accurate patient insurance records.

* Work closely with dentists, receptionists, and finance staff to ensure smooth insurance processing.

* Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and insurance policies.

Requirements:

* Valid Medical Coder License (mandatory).

* Previous experience as an Insurance Coordinator in a dental or medical clinic.

* Knowledge of UAE medical insurance procedures and claim submission.

* Familiarity with dental coding and insurance billing.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.

* Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with dental practice management software (e.g., OpenJet).

* Knowledge of DOH regulations and UAE insurance providers.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
