Senior Coverage Attorney:

Opportunity for attorneys with a minimum of 5 years experience handling complex insurance matters including coverage litigation and coverage analysis. Experience in both First Party and Third Party Coverage and litigating Declaratory Judgment actions is a plus. Job responsibilities include performing detailed analysis of insurance policies to identify and evaluate coverage issues, drafting comprehensive coverage opinions and position letter for clients and negotiating and resolving coverage disputes. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with a talented team of professionals. make a significant impact in the field of insurance coverage and develop client relationships.

We have offices in downtown Manhattan, Garden City, White Plains, and Holmdel, NJ (BellWorks). Flexible/hybrid arrangements available.

Salary commensurate with experience.

Salary: $130,000-250,000 per year depending on experience and if portable business exists.
