We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Data Entry Specialist with prior experience in the U.S. commercial or property insurance sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining insurance policy data accurately and efficiently within internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update insurance policy details for commercial and/or property insurance.
- Review documents and verify data against policy requirements and underwriting standards.
- Maintain and update internal databases to reflect the most current information.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. insurance regulations and internal data standards.
- Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and support teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.
Requirements (skills and qualifications)
- Experience working in the U.S. insurance market, specifically with commercial or property insurance data.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Basic understanding of insurance policy structure and terminology.
- Proficient with data entry tools and systems (e.g., Excel, CRM platforms, policy admin tools).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain high productivity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs175,000.00 per month
