Job Description:

• 5 or more years of insurance defense litigation experience required in any of the following areas: trucking, auto and/or general liability
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports.
• Handle files from inception to trial
• Attend and conduct hearings and depositions
• Drafting and research
• Mediations
• Negotiations
• Trial preparation
• Must be an active member of the Florida Bar and in good standing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $135,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
