Insurance Defense Attorney

Job Title: Litigation Associate Attorney (Defense)
Location: Galleria Area, Houston, TX

About the Role:
We are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of civil defense experience — ideally 5-6 — to join our Houston office. The ideal candidate will be ready to hit the ground running, capable of managing their own caseload with minimal supervision. Key Qualifications:

• 2–6+ years of civil litigation defense experience (medical malpractice, personal injury, or premises liability preferred)
• Proven ability to manage and run cases independently
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
• Strong written and verbal advocacy skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Schedule: Preference for in-office presence, but hybrid (1–2 days remote) is acceptable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
