Liability Defense Attorney

A leading and growing litigation law firm is seeking experienced Insurance Defense Attorneys licensed to join its dynamic and collaborative team. This position can be remote for the right attorney.

The firm is particularly interested in candidates with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in defense litigation. Ideal candidates may also have experience in one or more of the following practice areas:

• Commercial litigation
• Professional liability
• Product liability
• Premises liability
• Employment law
• Business litigation
• Bodily injury

Role Overview:

Attorneys in this role will enjoy autonomy to manage their caseloads and will engage in high levels of client contact. Responsibilities include:

• Managing cases from inception through resolution
• Drafting pleadings and handling motion practice
• Conducting depositions and participating in mediations
• Preparing for and participating in trials
• Collaborating directly with clients and claims professionals

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• At least 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense
• Skilled in legal research and written/oral communication
• A motivated self-starter who thrives independently and in team settings
• Professional, detail-oriented, and proactive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $145,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
