Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our team. This role involves managing a diverse caseload and delivering high-quality legal services in a collaborative and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:

· Handle defense litigation matters across multiple practice areas, including general liability, product liability, commercial litigation, personal injury, and construction law.

· Manage all phases of discovery, including written discovery and depositions.

· Maintain strong client relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

· Collaborate with colleagues across departments and offices to drive positive outcomes.

· Demonstrate excellent oral advocacy, legal writing, and interpersonal communication skills.

· Meet deadlines with a detail-oriented and process-driven approach.

Qualifications:

· Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

· Active license to practice law in the State of California.

· Minimum of 2 years of defense litigation experience.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
