PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

Frequency Tasks/ Responsibilities

Daily Tasks - Respond To Client Inquiries Via Calls, eMails Or Whatsapp/ Message.

- Process New Insurance Applications / Policies, Renewals, And Endorsements

- Manage Premium Payment Reminders And Confirmations.

- Update Client And Policyholder Databases.

- Handle eMail (Incoming And Outgoing) And Correspondence With Clients.

- Assist In Organizing Meetings And Preparing Required Documents.

- Provide Support For Claims Processing.

Weekly

Tasks

- Generate Weekly Reports On Policy Updates, Claims, And Premium Payment

- Conduct Follow-Ups With Clients On Pending Payments Or Documents.

-Coordinate With Underwriters For Approvals.

Monthly

Tasks

- Prepare And Share Monthly Client And Policy Reports With Management.

- Ensure All Client Data Is Accurate And Up To Date.

- Share Updates With Key Customers On New Services Or Policy Changes.

JOB SPECIFICATION

1. Position Details

● Job Title: Insurance Executive (Backoffice Operations)

2. Educational Qualification

● Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration / Management / Commerce / Marketing

Preferred)

● MBA/PGDM (Preferred, Not Mandatory)

● Certification In Office Administration, Business Communication, Or Digital Marketing Is

An Added Advantage

3. Work Experience

● Minimum 1–3 Years Of Experience In Back-Office/Operations Role, Preferably In The

Insurance Sector.

● Familiarity With Regulatory Requirements (IRDAI Guidelines) Is An Advantage.

● Experience In Handling Social Media Management, SEO Monitoring, And Reporting

Preferred

4. Technical Skills

● Proficiency In MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) And Insurance CRM Tools.

● Familiarity With CRM Tools, Task Management Systems (Like Smart It Box, Trello, Asana)

● Good Understanding Of Seo, Social Media (Facebook, Linkedin), Blogs, And

E-Promotions

● Ability To Prepare MIS, Dashboards, And Analytical Reports

● Strong Knowledge Of Email, Calendar, And Google Workspace / Outlook.
