Job Title: Insurance Litigation Associate

Salary: $225K to $300K per Annum (Depending on Experience) Plus Benefits
Job Summary:Our client is seeking an Insurance Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of litigation experience to join their Insurance Practice Group in Los Angeles. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney who can manage a steady volume of insurance litigation, work independently, and collaborate with a strong team. California Bar admission is required.Key Responsibilities:
- Handle litigation matters across multiple insurance lines, including life, health, annuity, long-term care, disability, and property & casualty.
- Support clients on litigation, regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters.
- Work directly with major national insurance clients and industry groups.
- Assist with matters related to claims, sales/marketing practices, anti-fraud, governance, holding company regulations, investment, solvency, and market conduct.
- Engage in early-career business development and client-facing opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of litigation experience (insurance litigation preferred).
- Active California Bar admission.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage independent workload while contributing to a collaborative team.

Compensation:
- Salary range: $255,000 – $300,000 (dependent on experience, skills, and location).
- Additional compensation includes productivity & discretionary bonuses.
