Industry: Group of Companies (Contracting, Interior Fit-Out, Glass & Aluminium, Trading)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Insurance Manager to handle and manage all insurance matters for a group of companies across contracting, interior fit-out, glass & aluminium, and trading divisions. The candidate will oversee group-wide policies, risk coverage, claims management, and broker coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and renew all insurance policies for the entire group (CAR, Workmen’s Compensation, Public Liability, Marine, Motor Fleet, Property, etc.).
• Ensure adequate risk coverage for all group companies and ongoing projects.
• Handle and follow up insurance claims until final settlement.
• Coordinate and negotiate with insurance brokers and providers for best terms and pricing.
• Review contracts and ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
• Maintain centralized records and documentation for all group entities.
• Support tender submissions with required insurance certificates and documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–4 years of UAE experience handling insurance for multiple companies or group structures.
• Strong knowledge of construction and contracting insurance policies.
• Good negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
