Our client is a Leading, Multinational Chain of Healthcare Services Providers, for their multi-speciality clinic, located in Karama, Dubai, UAE, are looking for an RCM Manager to join immediately .

  • Designation : Medical Insurance Manager
  • Experience : Minimum 2-3 years in Dubai, similar capacity

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Liaison & Relationship Management : Act as the main point of contact for insurance companies, third-party administrators (TPAs), and brokers.
  • Contract Negotiation : Negotiate terms and manage contracts with insurance providers to ensure favorable agreements and efficient operations.
  • Claims Management : Oversee the entire claims process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions and resolutions.
  • Regulatory Compliance : Ensure the clinic's operations and insurance processes comply with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations and other relevant insurance laws in the UAE.
  • Process Improvement : Lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround times in insurance operations.
  • Risk Assessment & Loss Prevention : Support initiatives to manage risks and prevent losses within the clinic.
  • Financial Oversight : Monitor premium tracking, support revenue forecasting, and manage insurance collections.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS


  • Education : A bachelor s degree in insurance, business administration, or a related medical field is typically required.
  • Experience : Several years of experience in a healthcare insurance management role, specifically within the UAE or Dubai healthcare ecosystem, is essential.
  • Regulatory Knowledge : In-depth understanding of the UAE's healthcare and insurance regulations, especially those from the DHA.
  • Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in insurance management software and other relevant technological applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Soft Skills : Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills are crucial.
