Job Summary
Farmers Insurance - The Matthew Ganser Agency seeks a motivated and dynamic Insurance Producer to join his team.

This role requires a blend of sales expertise and knowledge of insurance products.

As you grow your skills and business knowledge, you will work with an established, top-producing mentor agent. Base plus commission provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients through various sales channels, including outside sales and retail sales.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall sales performance and achieve company goals.

Experience

• Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred, showcasing a strong track record in achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• A proactive approach to analyzing client needs and market conditions to drive successful outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long-lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to obtain Insurance licenses (Property, Casualty, Life, Health).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
