SUMMARY
Responsible for performing a wide variety of clerical/receptionist and teller duties for the Insurance department. The Insurance Receptionist’s duties include, but are not limited to, welcoming on-site visitors and determining their nature of business in order to direct them to the appropriate team member, answer incoming phone calls, properly filing documentation, schedule meetings/appointments, keeping the reception area tidy and clean, maintaining proper inventory of office supplies, and sorting and distributing office mail.

ORGANIZATION
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
All employees are required to attend scheduled mandatory trainings and complete online regulatory compliance training courses applicable to their specific job function. In all situations, employees must ensure that their actions fully comply with all federal banking laws and regulations, including internal bank policies and procedures. Failure to adhere to these requirements will be grounds for disciplinary action, including probation and possible termination.
