Job Summary
The Insurance Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling insurance products and services to customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying customer needs, providing suitable insurance solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell insurance products such as motor insurance, extended warranty, and related services.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Generate new leads through walk-ins, referrals, and follow-up activities.
- Prepare insurance quotations and explain policy coverage, terms, and conditions to customers.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for approvals, renewals, and policy issuance.
- Follow up with customers for policy renewals and outstanding documents.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPI requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as finance, registration, and sales teams when required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in insurance sales or automotive insurance is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of insurance products and sales techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
