Job Overview Nakoa Kai Insurance Professionals is a locally owned Allstate agency serving the Kona community. We are hiring a full-time, in-office Insurance Sales Representative for an entry-level role with paid training, clear structure, and long-term career growth. This position is ideal for someone new to insurance or sales who wants stable income with unlimited earning potential based on performance. Responsibilities Speak with local customers to identify insurance needs Explain auto, home, and other personal insurance options clearly Build long-term client relationships and follow up consistently Use a proven sales and service process with coaching support Participate in training, performance reviews, and goal setting Qualifications No prior insurance experience required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable, professional, and coachable Comfortable speaking with people and asking questions Sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Pay & Benefits (We invest in you — and your family) Base salary + uncapped commission Paid training and state licensing Paid Family Medical Coverage (rare — extends beyond just the employee) Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off Career advancement opportunities Typical first-year earnings range from $60,000–$120,000+ depending on effort, consistency, and performance. Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients to promote insurance products and services
Provide clear and accurate information to clients regarding policy options and coverage details
Achieve sales targets by applying effective sales techniques and customer service skills
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and company policies
Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with team members and management to develop sales strategies and improve processes
Adapt quickly to changes in product offerings, sales techniques, and market conditions
Required Qualifications
