Insurance Sales Agent - Training Provided

This is a hybrid position. Mondays are dedicated to training new agents at the Irvine office. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays will involve visiting businesses or working from home.

Aflac is seeking to bring on several new Insurance Sales Agents to our sales teams. We are looking for honest and ambitious individuals to work in an energetic business-to-business sales environment. Role Responsibilities:

• Communicate the value of Aflac’s products and services.
• Growing business relationships via company-provided leads, personal networking and referrals.
• Schedule and conduct employer presentations.
• Educate employees on benefit options and support enrollment needs.
• Attend team meetings, sales training, and mentor sessions.
• Provide claims support to new and existing clients.

Requirements:

• Must be at Least 18 Years old.
• Authorized to work in the US without the need of current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
