Insurance Sales and Customer Service

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Insurance Sales and Customer Service

Licensed Agent to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential clients, provide

tailored insurance solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate

will hold a Property & Casualty License, demonstrate strong communication and sales

skills, build lasting client relationships. Multilingual abilities and experience in retail sales

or telemarketing are highly valued to eectively serve diverse customer needs and expand

our market reach.

Key Responsibilities

 Conduct outside sales activities to identify and acquire new clients by promoting a variety

of insurance products.

 Execute proactive telemarketing eorts to generate leads and schedule appointments

with prospective customers.

 Provide comprehensive insurance consultations, clearly explaining policy options,

coverage details, and benefits tailored to individual client needs.

 Negotiate terms and pricing to secure mutually beneficial agreements.

 Manage sales administration tasks including application processing, client record

updates, and maintaining accurate documentation.

 Assist customers with policy inquiries, claims processing, and benefits administration,

ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

 Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract

new business opportunities.

 Maintain excellent communication to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse

backgrounds, utilizing multilingual skills when applicable.

 Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory standards related to insurance sales and

customer data privacy.

Qualifications and Experience

 Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing, or insurance sales is

preferred.

 Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close sales eectively.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a strong plus.

 Familiarity with sales administration tools and the ability to analyze performance

metrics.

 Prior experience in benefits administration or customer service roles is advantageous.

 Knowledge of HIPAA regulations or similar privacy standards related to health insurance

is desirable.
