Nightlight Insurance is hiring entry-level P&C agents who are ready to learn fast, move fast, and get paid based on performance.

What You’ll Do

• Quote and sell personal lines insurance (auto, home, small business)
• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Follow up on leads and close business
• Build and manage a book of clients
• Work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment

Compensation Structure

• Hourly base: $18/hour
• Commission on all policies written
• Bonus incentives for performance

No cap on earning potential

Requirements

• Active New Jersey P&C License (required)
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers and asking for the sale
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Bilingual (Spanish preferred, not required)
• Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
