Salary: ₹31,000 + Performance Incentives up to ₹20,000
Shifts: Rotational

• Female employees: Day shift till 8 PM
• Male employees: Rotational Shifts

Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales approach, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell insurance products.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and build long-term client relationships.
• Maintain accurate records and update CRM with customer interactions.
• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
• Neutral accent with clear and strong pronunciation.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Confidence in handling outbound sales calls.
• Good problem-solving ability and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-oriented environment.

Eligibility

• Any graduate / undergraduate with strong sales ability can apply.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Must be comfortable with rotational shifts and a 6-day working schedule.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per year
