Job Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Customer Support & Sales Executive to manage customer queries, ensure smooth order handling, and provide excellent service while supporting basic sales activities.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and building strong client relationships — with occasional involvement in upselling and cross-selling.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support (Primary Role)
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure complete satisfaction.
- Assist customers with order placement, returns, replacements & tracking.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, feedback, and service issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Production, Accounts) for smooth resolution.
Sales (Secondary & Supportive Role)
- Upsell or cross-sell relevant products to existing customers (no field sales).
- Support the sales team with follow-ups, quotations, and documentation.
- Build long-term relationships to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Assist in achieving basic sales targets and performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA Freshers / Graduates / 1–2 years experience in customer support or service industry preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving ability.
- Good listening skills, patience, empathy & polite communication.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication & CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively within a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
