Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Insurance Selling Agent to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance policies, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell insurance products to potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Generate leads through calls, networking, and referrals.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients for renewals and cross-selling.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow company compliance guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Prior experience in insurance sales or financial services is a plus.
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
