Job description
A. Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and prospect potential corporate clients across target industries, including Large Corporates, MSMEs, and sector-specific businesses.
- Identify engagement opportunities with companies in various industrial sectors to convert business across multiple insurance lines Property, Project, Liability,
- Group Health (GMC), Group Personal Accident (GPA), Marine, Engineering, and other commercial insurance products.
- Build and manage a strong sales funnel to achieve revenue growth, business targets, and overall profitability.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, digital outreach, and participation in business events or industry forums.
- Design and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to promote insurance products and expand market presence.
B. Sales Strategy & Presentation
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned business goals and increase market penetration.
- Conduct detailed insurance presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal pitches to clients, highlighting coverage benefits, competitive advantages, and
- value propositions.
- Customize insurance solutions as per the clients risk profile, business requirements, and industry needs.
- Support clients in selecting appropriate insurance products aligned with regulatory and commercial requirements.
- Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication, negotiation, and consultative selling.
C. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure renewals, retention, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Conduct regular client engagement meetings, renewal discussions, and policy servicing follow-ups.
- Provide professional advice regarding policy features, terms, benefits, and coverage options.
- Assist clients with claims processes and provide end-to-end after-sales support for a smooth service experience.
- Act as a trusted advisor by offering insights on risk management and coverage enhancements.
D. Policy Processing & Administration
- Process new policy applications accurately and within the defined timeline.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate policy renewals to achieve maximum client retention.
- Maintain complete and confidential records of proposals, quotations, policy documents, and client communications.
- Ensure compliance with all company procedures and IRDAI regulations in policy documentation and client servicing.
- Submit timely reports on sales activities, renewals, and performance metrics to management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
