Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and telemarketing campaigns, to generate new insurance leads.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis by listening actively and asking insightful questions to understand client requirements.
  • Present compelling insurance options, explaining features, benefits, and coverage details clearly and confidently.
  • Negotiate policy terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction while meeting company sales objectives.
  • Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and following up on client inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract diverse customer segments, including multilingual outreach when applicable.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring clients feel valued throughout their insurance journey.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills to tailor solutions that align with client needs while achieving business goals.
  • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus) to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of insurance sales processes, benefits administration, and customer service best practices.
  • Ability to analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Familiarity with sales administration tools and CRM systems for efficient record keeping.
