Insurance Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and analyzing clients' insurance needs to recommend suitable products.

Responsibilities:
- Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products
- Provide excellent customer service by guiding clients through the insurance process
- Analyze clients' current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes
- Maintain client relationships and ensure client retention through excellent service
- Keep accurate records of conversations and interactions with clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of benefits administration and market trends in the insurance industry
- Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend suitable products
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
