Insurance Sales Representative

Texas based Agency with remote agents starting. We’re seeking a licensed and motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our new remote team. This role is ideal for someone driven, confident, and ready to build a rewarding career in insurance sales.

Responsibilities:

• Sell and service Auto, Home, and Life Insurance policies
• Generate leads through outbound calls, referrals, and networking
• Educate clients on coverage options and help them find the best protection for their needs
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

• Active Texas Property & Casualty License (Life license preferred) Expanding to multistate quickly
• Proven sales experience or strong sales aptitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
