Compensation

• $76,000 average first-year earnings
• Uncapped earning potential up to $300,000+
• Base salary + performance-based bonuses

Salary Range: $76,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

• Sales experience preferred (auto sales, call center, real estate, mortgage, etc.)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Competitive, goal-driven mindset
• Self-motivated and coachable
• Willing to obtain insurance license (paid by company)

• Work with warm leads and existing customers
• Identify client needs and recommend coverage options
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Meet or exceed sales goals
• Process quotes, applications, and policy updates
• Stay up to date on products and industry trends
