Monarch Health and Life Advisors is a growing health and life insurance agency based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We’re expanding our in-office sales team and looking for ambitious, coachable sales professionals who are ready to grow into a career in private insurance sales. What You’ll Do

  • Take warm inbound calls from individuals seeking private health insurance
  • Work with clients — primarily middle- to high-income individuals, business owners, and independent contractors — to understand their needs and match them with the right coverage
  • Sell policies from top carriers including United Healthcare, Mutual of Omaha, and AllState Health Solutions
  • Use Convoso to manage calls and client interactions
  • Work full-time in our Fort Lauderdale office, Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed in Health & Life (2-15 or 2-40) preferred — but not required. We will help strong candidates with the licensing process.
  • Prior sales experience (inside sales, phone sales, or insurance) is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently close sales.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
  • Ambitious, motivated professionals who are tired of low-paying sales roles or selling government programs and are ready to move into a higher-level market.
  • Must be local to Fort Lauderdale, FL (this is an in-office position).

Compensation

  • Commission-based pay with residuals
