Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage and open accounts with insurance companies' motor claims departments to facilitate seamless collaboration for vehicle repair services for body shop.
  • Manage and process insurance claims related to vehicle accidents.
  • Liaise with insurance companies to monitor the progress of claims and ensure timely settlements.
  • Maintain detailed records of all insurance policies, claims, and correspondence with insurance providers.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and stored securely in line with company policies and regulations.
  • Educate staff members on the proper steps to follow with insurance claim department.
  • Lead a team of insurance inspectors, setting clear targets, and ensuring timely achievement of goals related to motor claims assessments and vehicle repairs.
  • Develop special schemes for insurance companies to expand motor claim portfolio.
  • Manage key accounts for insurance companies, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Follow up on open accounts with the motor claims department and strengthen relation with the company.
  • Ensure the timely collection of payments, ensuring all accounts are settled promptly.
  • Finalize and close deals with B2B customers.
  • Achieve sales targets as agreed on monthly and yearly basis.

Qualifications & skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering, insurance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in insurance surveying, claims assessment, or a related automotive insurance role.
  • Strong analytical and assessment skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair and insurance claim processes.
  • Training in insurance survey and damage estimation.
  • Certification in insurance, vehicle assessment, or related fields (preferred).
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with UAE insurance regulations and industry standards.

Technical Competencies:

  • Proficient in vehicle damage assessment techniques.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair processes and materials.
  • Understanding of insurance claim procedures and documentation.
  • Familiarity with UAE insurance regulations and standards.
  • Ability to use assessment and reporting software.
