Virtelligence is a growing US healthcare outsourcing company providing complete Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Verification Specialist to join our Verification team.

Position Overview

The Insurance Verification Specialist will be responsible for verifying patient eligibility, benefits, and coverage details to ensure accurate claim submission and minimize denials.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits with US payers
• Determine coverage details, co-pays, deductibles, and authorization requirements
• Accurately document verification details in the billing system
• Ensure data accuracy to reduce claim denials and rework
• Communicate effectively with payers and internal teams
• Maintain productivity and quality standards

Requirements

✔ 1–3 years of insurance verification experience (US healthcare preferred)
✔ Strong phone communication and documentation skills
✔ Knowledge of US insurance payers and policies
✔ High attention to detail and accuracy
✔ Willingness to work in Night Shift (US time zone)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
