Summary
The Intake & Delivery Reporting Manager serves as a strategic enablement leader within the Commercial and Business Banking Product organization, owning the end‑to‑end intake process and delivery reporting that supports roadmap execution and leadership decision‑making. This role ensures that incoming work is clearly defined, appropriately prioritized, and transparently tracked from request through delivery.
Acting as a central partner across Product, Technology, and Business teams, the manager facilitates structured intake, capacity‑aware prioritization, and delivery health visibility across multiple product teams. The role is responsible for maintaining a forward‑looking view of demand, ensuring alignment between intake decisions, roadmap commitments, and delivery outcomes. Through consistent metrics, reporting, and forecasting, this position enables leaders to understand trade‑offs, risks, and progress across the program.
Key Responsibilities
Intake Management & Demand Governance
Own and manage the end‑to‑end intake process for program deliverables, deferred capabilities, enhancement/change requests, production issues, and cross‑team impacts requiring Product involvement.
Partner closely with SMEs, stakeholders, and segment partners to understand business needs, clarify requests, and assess urgency and readiness.
Maintain a centralized intake log, ensuring all submissions contain complete, accurate, and traceable information.
Evaluate incoming requests for business value, strategic alignment, delivery readiness, and required partner engagement prior to routing for review.
Ensure intake decisions, approvals, sequencing, and status updates are clearly communicated to all relevant partners.
Prioritization & Roadmap Enablement
Facilitate prioritization discussions with Product Leaders, providing transparency into trade‑offs, capacity constraints, dependency impacts, and mitigation options.
Maintain a forward‑looking view of incoming demand to support roadmap visibility and planning across product teams.
Regularly reassess priorities as urgent or time‑sensitive requests arise, coordinating with Product Managers and Product Owners to adjust plans.
Support roadmap management by providing projected timeline estimates based on capacity, team velocity, scope sizing, and dependency considerations.
Develop and maintain scenario‑based forecasts that enable informed leadership decision‑making as inputs change.
Delivery Reporting & Program Health
Lead the measurement and tracking of delivery performance against roadmap commitments and program goals.
Monitor overall program health using indicators such as backlog readiness, sprint execution trends, team velocity, dependency risks, and milestone forecasts.
Own and maintain the Program Health Workbook and related reporting artifacts, ensuring delivery metrics are accurate, timely, and reliable.
Identify emerging risks or concerning trends early and raise visibility to Product Leaders with clear impact assessments and recommended actions.
Ensure alignment between delivery metrics, sprint execution data, and reporting used across leadership routines and governance forums.
Execution Support & Continuous Improvement
Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Technology teams to ensure strong ADO hygiene, including feature and user story data quality.
Prepare visual dashboards, status summaries, and executive‑level reporting to support leadership reviews and governance forums.
Identify opportunities and lead efforts to streamline and automate manual reporting, reducing reliance on Excel and other offline reporting tools.
Support the planning, preparation, and facilitation of Big Room Planning (BRP) and other program‑level planning events.
Drive continuous improvement of intake, prioritization, and reporting processes to increase consistency, throughput, and clarity for both requestors and delivery teams.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in product delivery, program reporting, intake management, or portfolio planning within a technology or financial services environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to translating complex delivery data into clear insights.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting product roadmaps across multiple agile teams or value streams.
Strong working knowledge of agile delivery metrics, capacity planning, and dependency management.
Experience facilitating prioritization, planning, or governance forums with senior leaders.
Proficiency with delivery tracking and reporting tools (e.g., ADO, Jira, Excel, Power BI, visualization tools).
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a highly cross-functional environment.
Consistent delivery of transparent, trusted reporting used for leadership decision-making.

Compensation Range:
93,000.00 - 189,000.00 AnnualThe compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
