Intake Associate

Description:

Seeking a full-time Intake Associate to complete intakes with new psychotherapy clients. They will gather detailed histories, insurance, and mental health treatment information. They will collaborate with other intake associates to ensure clients receive timely and appropriate care. This role entails a high volume of phone consultations while adhering to protocols and HIPAA regulations. The Intake Associate will also complete scheduling, data entry, and general administrative tasks.

Requirements:

Candidate should be a friendly and motivated team player who is flexible to perform multiple job functions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment as well as be able to work independently. Computer skills, specifically Google Suite, and professional phone etiquette are required.

Candidates must have a reliable computer with enough RAM to keep multiple tabs open simultaneously for the duration of a workday (8GB RAM or more is recommended). Reliable internet access is also required.

Experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Salary: From $20-22 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday- Wednesday 8:30am-3:30pm, Thursdays 12-7pm, Fridays 9am-4pm

Education: High school or equivalent (preferred)
