What You'll Do

• Welcome and register patients with warmth and professionalism
• Appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
• Insurance verification and eligibility checks
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) data entry
• Front desk customer service
• Answering multi-line phones
• Assisting with billing inquiries
• Coordinating care across medical, dental, behavioral health & pharmacy

What We’re Looking For

✔ Strong multitasking and organizational skills
✔ Clear, compassionate communication
✔ EMR/EHR systems experience (preferred, not required)
✔ High School Diploma or GED required
✔ Valid Driver’s License required

✔ 1+ year experience in medical office, healthcare administration, receptionist, patient services, or customer service preferred

✔ Most importantly: a heart for serving your community.
