Intake Paralegal

Morris & Player PLLC is seeking a full-time intake paralegal. This position doubles as our receptionist and includes some office administration support duties (e.g., receiving and scanning mail, ordering supplies, etc.). Experience in medical malpractice and/or injury litigation preferred. Duties include being the point of contact (by telephone, email, mail and in-person) for injured individuals seeking legal representation, efficiently and empathetically conducting potential new client intakes over the phone, online research (e.g., CourtNet, news media, social media, etc.), summarizing case details in a concise and clear fashion for the attorneys to review, inputting and managing case information in our data management system, communicating initial decisions regarding representation and managing initial client correspondence. Excellent organizational and communication skills and proficiency in all basic computer programs is a requirement (Windows, Word, Outlook, Adobe, Excel, etc.).
