Overview:
The Law Firm of Daniela Labinoti, P.C is seeking a detail oriented, bilingual Intake Specialist.
The following skills are recommended:
1. Client Communication & Customer Service
- Communicating with potential clients in a compassionate, calm, and professional manner
- Active listening during stressful or emotional conversations
- Explaining legal intake processes clearly
- Bilingual or Spanish ability is a significant advantage
2. Case Screening & Intake Evaluation
- Understanding negligence, liability, damages
- Identifying viable PI cases
- Knowing red flags for non-recoverable cases
- Assessing basic jurisdiction and statute limitations
- Understanding police report factors, ER visit info, insurance status, etc.

- Insurance policy basics (BI, PD, UM/UIM, PIP, Med Pay)
- Understanding common PI injuries and treatment stages
- Familiarity with claim process, treatment timelines, and adjuster roles
4. Investigation & Information Gathering
- Obtaining police reports
- Obtaining medical history
- Collecting photos, insurance info, witness details
- Reviewing liability facts
- Running preliminary online public searches (if permitted)
5. Organization & Case Management
- Document management
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining records accurately
- Prioritizing deadlines
- Managing multiple intakes simultaneously
6. Software & Technical Skills
- Case management systems (CasePeer, Filevine, Litify, Clio, etc.)
- Adobe / DocuSign / intake forms

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
