Intake Specialist / Sales Consultant

Location: DHA phase 8, Lahore (Full Time Onsite)

Work Timings: 06PM - 03AM (Night Shift)

Topline Resource Group (TLRG) is seeking a client-focused Intake Specialist to join our growing immigration law practice serving clients across the United States and internationally. We are dedicated to delivering compassionate, reliable legal services that help immigrants secure lawful status, citizenship, and peace of mind.

Position Overview

This role blends client relationship management and consultative sales. As part of our Client Intake Department, you will guide prospective clients through their initial engagement with the firm, conduct consultations via phone and video, educate individuals on their legal options, and facilitate consultation enrollment with our legal team.

You are not just closing consultations — you are helping individuals take the first step toward life-changing legal solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intake consultations with prospective clients via phone and video
• Educate clients on legal options and facilitate consultation enrollment
• Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and case management systems
• Coordinate seamless handoffs to attorneys and initiate client onboarding
• Perform follow-ups for retention, quality assurance, and case updates
• Track intake metrics, conversion goals, and billable hours
• Support onboarding and ensure exceptional client experience
• Collaborate with management on lead quality and performance insights

Qualifications

• Proven success converting prospects in high-value professional services (legal, immigration preferred)
• Experience in immigration intake, paralegal work, or legal services strongly preferred
• Strong empathy and cultural competence
• Results-driven mindset with comfort working toward performance metrics
• Excellent communication skills (phone, video, email, CRM systems)
• Highly organized with strong time management abilities
• Professional references required
