The Brand Integrated Marketing Specialist will lead cross-channel campaign planning and execution connecting brand storytelling with performance marketing to drive awareness, engagement, and measurable growth. This role is responsible for translating brand & customer strategy into integrated marketing programs and campaigns that guide digital, social, paid media, content, and local activations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop marketing & creative briefs and manage integrated marketing campaigns that align with business priorities and revenue goals.
• Partner with Digital, Creative, Operations and Revenue Management teams to ensure brand guidelines, standards, logo usage, and identity are consistency applied across all touchpoints (web, social, paid media, email, PR, and partnerships).
• Build and maintain a marketing calendar that unifies paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Manage agency and vendor partners to deliver creative assets and campaign execution on time and within budget.
• Support the rollout of brand initiatives, ensuring alignment across ~700 local markets and franchise locations.
• Collaborate with SEO, Paid Media, and CRM teams to ensure brand campaigns feed both awareness and conversion pipelines.
• Work with Performance Insights & Operations Analytics lead to measure performance and deliver post-campaign analysis, connecting brand KPIs (awareness, engagement, sentiment) with performance metrics (traffic, leads, revenue impact).
• Identify opportunities for cross-promotion, influencer partnerships, and content amplification.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in integrated or brand marketing, ideally in multi-location, retail, or service-based industries.
• Strong understanding of how to translate brand strategy into channel-specific execution.
• Experience managing agencies, content creators, or influencer programs.
• Proficiency in campaign measurement and reporting tools (Power BI, Google Analytics, GA4).
• Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with a strong understanding of performance metrics and how to tie brand efforts to business outcomes.
