As an integrated Brand specialist, you will partner closely with firmwide marketers, creative agencies and insights to translate business objectives into high-impact marketing strategies and campaigns. You must also have a strong grasp of performance data, paid media testing strategies, and creative optimization to ensure that JPMorganChase marketing assets meet business KPIs.
Additionally, a deep understanding of visual identity is crucial, as you will ensure that all marketing materials consistently reflect the brand's visual standards.
Finally, we are seeking a candidate who has proven mastery and heart for leading brand marketing initiatives at category-leading companies. The ideal candidate will proactively push new thinking, provide creative vision and guidance, and demonstrate exemplary attention to detail. Strong and effective communication skills and experience presenting to senior leadership are essential.
Job responsibilities
Brand Management & Stewardship
Deploy the JPMC visual identity system, including design principles, color, typography, photography, layouts for digital and print, and event activations.
Take lead on brand governance to ensure the JPMC brand is represented consistently across all channels (paid media, event activations, website, etc.), including working with creative partners to establish toolkits for marketing partners across the firm from national to local level.
Campaign Management and Execution
Collaborate with agency partners and internal creative teams to develop comprehensive 360-degree campaigns that effectively communicate our story to target audiences, aligning with business and marketing objectives
Manage paid campaigns from end to end, leading process from briefing to evaluating creative output, including overseeing timelines, tracking deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met, and completing asset trafficking process.
Partner with Insights, content, creative, and internal client teams to create compelling assets that resonate with the target audience.
Utilize metrics and analytics to drive creative performance and optimize results.
Partner and Stakeholder Management
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
5+ years of relevant marketing experience with focus on brand strategy, brand reputation marketing, marketing communications, and/or advertising execution
Experience working with highly matrixed organizations is ideal
Can work independently as well as collaboratively with internal/external stakeholders
Familiarity with overall creative development process and strong understanding of and experience in campaign/creative development, production and executional best practices
Strategic, innovative thinker, with ability to influence and problem solve on the fly; excels in a dynamic, fast paced and fluid environment to meet deadlines
Experience working cross-functionally and collaborating with team members across business and staff areas at all levels - achieving goals without direct control over all resources
Performance-driven marketer with an ability to drive efficient and effective campaigns
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Experience in developing paid social storytelling and tactics aligned with business objectives to drive engagement across platforms
