ING is looking for an “ Integrated Compliance Assistant Vice President” within Compliance Risk Management department of Audit committee.

Your purpose is to enable the Compliance Team to (1) achieve insights in compliance risks to allow steering and decision-making using data analytics for accurate and complete management information, (2) launch, steer, coordinate programs across Compliance and act as linking pin to align key stakeholders across both local and central level. You share a collective responsibility for performing several processes; Compliance Risk Assessment, Scenarios, Training, MIS and Data analytics, Whistleblowing, Human Capital, Planning & Budgeting and Business management activities.

Together with the Compliance team, you will have to navigate through conflicting interests, complex and unforeseen challenges, as well as to constructively cooperate with your peers in building a sustainable, effective and efficient working environment. If you think you have most of the following qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree
• +4 years of experience in Compliance, Audit or other control risk management functions
• Thorough understanding of both local and international compliance relevant legislation and regulations, trends and industry developments
• Prominent problem-solving, analytical thinking skills, high level of presentation, management reporting and project management, good at communication and negotiation skills; team player with ability to challenge
• Advanced level of verbal and written English and Turkish

If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilities;

• Ensure adequate and dynamic insight in the planning and steering of the function; take responsibility for specific deliverables within different workstreams
• Create data-driven insight on compliance risks, avoid unnecessary surprises; set direction for structural data flow solutions and lead adoption of data analytics in our risk identification and reporting processes, with specific reporting formats
• Coordinate related trainings
• Create insight in Compliance budgets and planning
• Transform compliance reporting organization by leading the transition from detective reporting towards preventive reporting
• Support OneCompliance function by driving the way towards globally consistent reporting, consolidation and benchmarking of risks
• Take care of proper program management, including timely updates on relevant programs, designing clear roadmaps
