Job Summary:

Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) Coordinator to support the preparation of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) documentation and the coordination of training activities.

The coordinator will assist in drafting technical documentation, reviewing procedures, and ensuring the smooth execution of training sessions, both logistically and administratively.

Key Responsibilities:

Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Documents Support

  • Assist in drafting and editing procedures.
  • Review and format documents for consistency and clarity.
  • Support the compilation and finalization of O&M documents.

Training Preparation & Coordination

  • Organize training materials and documentation.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including:
  • Venue booking
  • Transportation and catering arrangements
  • On-site support during training sessions
  • Ensure smooth interaction between trainers and trainees.
  • Manage attendance sheets, evaluation sheets and collect signatures.
  • Record training sessions (video/audio) as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure successful training delivery.
  • Prepare and submit Training Reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in Integrated Logistic Support activities.
  • Experience in O&M documentation and training coordination.
  • Organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Fluent in English.
