Integrated Logistics Operations Specialist

The Integrated Logistics Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the seamless coordination of end‑to‑end supply chain activities by maintaining close communication with vendors, suppliers, sub‑contractors, and shipping companies. This role plays a key part in securing the timely delivery of goods and services, facilitating and monitoring all logistics operations, and supporting the effective distribution of products. The specialist actively oversees daily operational workflows, addresses potential delays proactively, and contributes as a dedicated, hands‑on team member to ensure that all logistics functions work together efficiently to fulfill orders and meet business objectives.

This position is located in Basaksehir, Istanbul.

• Manage outbound and inbound logistics operations, including shipment status updates, invoicing, and planning activities
• Oversee the end‑to‑end process of shipping, customs clearance, warehousing, and distribution
• Coordinate and manage all stakeholders involved in the logistics cycle, with a strong focus on supplier management
• Take accountability for shared KPIs and ensure performance targets are consistently met
• Ensure timely shipment of equipment to fulfill customer contractual obligations
• Participate in operational meetings as well as monthly and quarterly performance review sessions
• Carry out all activities in compliance with the company’s Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, and Information Security Management System policies and objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Overland or Integrated Logistics operations, preferably within FMCG, High‑Tech, or Industrial sectors
• Strong problem‑solving attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced operational environment
• Solid understanding of international logistics, customs services, inventory management, and distribution practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluent command of Turkish
• High attention to detail with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to diverse stakeholder working styles
• Proven ability to build strong relationships, collaborate effectively, and meet demanding deadlines
