Integration Support Lead

Pay10 is building a next-generation, cloud-native fintech platform designed for scale, reliability, and regulatory compliance. As our platform grows, ensuring uninterrupted operations and seamless external integrations is critical to our success.


We are looking for a Lead Integration Support Engineer (Full Stack / L3) to act as the technical guardian of our live systems. This role goes beyond traditional application support. You will combine deep software engineering expertise with operational ownership, performing code-level diagnosis, guiding merchant integrations, and ensuring rapid resolution of complex production issues in a highly regulated payments environment.


You will work at the intersection of engineering, operations, and external partners , protecting platform uptime while enabling faster merchant onboarding and stable payment flows.


About Job

Key Responsibilities

  • Own code-level diagnosis of production issues, performing deep debugging across backend services, APIs, frontend components, and databases to reduce MTTR .
  • Act as the senior technical escalation point for L3 incidents , driving root-cause analysis and defining precise technical fixes in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Ensure merchant integration success by providing hands-on technical guidance for payment APIs, SDKs, and checkout flows, supporting onboarding through go-live.
  • Support and troubleshoot Alternative Payment Method (APM) integrations/TPP SDK , including wallets, and instant payment methods.
  • Monitor and investigate system health using observability and debugging tools , analyzing logs, metrics, and transaction flows to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Support enterprise integrations through ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) / middleware layers , troubleshooting message routing, transformation, and connectivity issues.
  • Assist with Identity Management and access-related issues, including SSO, authentication, and authorization flows for internal platforms.
  • Apply DevOps fundamentals to production support, including environment configuration, release support, and basic automation using scripts or tools.
  • Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, security, and product teams to improve platform reliability, stability, and operational readiness.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and integration guides to reduce recurring support issues and improve developer experience.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in software development and/or L3 production support .
  • Strong full-stack debugging skills with Java-based backend systems and modern web technologies.
  • Experience in banking, payments, or fintech environments .
  • Hands-on exposure to observability, monitoring, and logging platforms .
  • Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases .
  • Experience supporting merchant integrations, APIs, SDKs, and APMs .
  • Familiarity with ESB / middleware architectures and identity management concepts .
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate effectively in high-availability, regulated environments .
