Job Description Summary
- Agile Methodology & Tools - Manages a number of agile teams across the business, delivering high priority or significant change to the Bank. Acts as a servant leader to create a work environment in which colleagues at all levels feel respected, appreciated, and valued.
- Stakeholder Management - Uses personal impact and stakeholder positioning to build and sustain long-term relationships at all levels (including C-suite Executives). Resolves stakeholder conflict, builds consensus and influences outcomes.
- Planning, Tracking, Reporting & Governance - Communicates regular status updates to key stakeholders and resolves high priority issues affecting delivery. Uses experience to manage critical risks/issues/dependencies arising out of Status Reporting and agile meetings, takes ownership for critical issues and ensures resolution within agreed timescales.
- Leadership & Culture - Applies experience in cultural change initiatives to support various agendas in the Group (e.g., feedback culture). Understands the main barriers to changing culture and the criticality of leadership buy-in.
Job Description
The Lead Integrator plays a pivotal role in coordinating dependencies between the platform and external stakeholders—including other platforms, Group Executive Functions, and third parties—often overseeing complex and high-risk implementations. Operating at the platform level, the role spans both business and technology change.
We’re excited to be hiring for our People Platform team at Lloyds Banking Group, a team that blends colleague-centricity, product obsession, and agile delivery across our People Technology landscape. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving delivery and value outcomes across our core platforms - Workday and ServiceNow – supporting the team to implement technology and process improvements to enhance the colleague experience.
The role also includes working alongside People Platform Product Owners, managing the strategic relationship with our third-party providers, ensuring close alignment with roadmap developments through cross-platform collaboration.
Key accountabilities

Establishes pivotal integration points across Labs/Platforms and effectively communicates these integration points to relevant stakeholders.

Develops the sequence for integration related tasks in collaboration with Lab Leadership and aligned to the Lab backlog.

Catalogues and manages dependencies between the platform and other teams.

Works with stakeholders outside of the platform to ensure interlock to enable the platform to deliver at pace.

Identifies blockers to delivery and where possible mitigates / resolves, escalating to product owner(s) / platform leadership where required.

Manages suppliers (3rd Party), providing oversight and managing underperformance.

Manages complex and high-risk implementations requiring integration between multiple parties (internal/external) to ensure safe delivery.

Coordinates the integration process and / or implementation events across shared infrastructure (e.g. Upgrading the Mainframe); leads on the SI

process, coordinating parties to get the change over the line.

Provides expertise (not content) for governance activity owned by the Product Owner, e.g. PRIA, for change across multiple programmes.
