MISSIONS :
1. Integrity Management & Data Analysis
Support the implementation of asset integrity management programs for pressure systems, piping, and static equipment.
Collect, consolidate, and analyze inspection and integrity data (NDT results, corrosion rates, thickness measurements).
Assess asset conditions and identify degradation mechanisms and potential risks.
Maintain integrity databases, inspection histories, and technical records.
Ensure traceability and consistency of integrity data across systems.
2. Technical Assessment & Engineering Support
Support Fitness-for-Service (FFS) assessments, remaining life evaluations, and failure analysis.
Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and integrity issues.
Assist in defining integrity limits, acceptance criteria, and repair recommendations.
Monitor corrosion mitigation and control programs and evaluate effectiveness.
Ensure alignment between inspection data, RBI outputs, and maintenance strategies.
3. Inspection & Compliance
Ensure integrity activities comply with applicable codes and standards (API, ASME, etc.).
Support preparation and review of inspection plans and written schemes of examination.
Coordinate with inspection teams for execution and follow-up of inspection activities.
Validate inspection results and ensure proper reporting and documentation.
Highlight any deviations, non-conformances, or integrity risks to management.
4. Coordination & Interface
Interface with inspection, maintenance, operations, and engineering teams.
Provide technical support for integrity-related decisions and actions.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of integrity issues.
Support RBI and inspection workshops and technical discussions.
5. Continuous Improvement & Reporting
Contribute to continuous improvement of integrity processes and methodologies.
Propose enhancements to data quality, inspection efficiency, and integrity management practices.
Prepare technical reports, integrity dashboards, and KPIs.
Support audits, reviews, and lessons learned processes.
CONTRACT TERMS & MOBILITY :
Local employment contract within an international group entity or freelance contract, depending on profile
Full remote during the preparation phase with missions in Cergy (France) and abroad at contract start for spot missions overseas
Expected final project outcome:
Clear assessment of asset condition, degradation mechanisms and risk levels through supported FFS, RBI inputs and integrity evaluations enabling informed decision-making before start-up.
All inspection, corrosion, and integrity data collected, validated, structured, and integrated into CMMS/RBI systems
Inspection follow-up processes, integrity controls, and technical documentation established and aligned with maintenance and RBI strategies, ensuring readiness for safe plant start-up and operation.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Material, Industrial , or a related field
English B2 level mandatory
Turkish nationality or speaking people is a strong plus
Minimum 5 years in integrity management, inspection, or asset integrity engineering. Proven experience in inspection, integrity, or maintenance engineering roles.
Strong understanding of inspection techniques, degradation mechanisms, and integrity assessment.
Knowledge of API standards (510, 570, 653), ASME codes, and industry practices.
Familiarity with Risk-Based Inspection methodologies and tools.
Understanding of non-destructive testing methods and interpretation.
Experience with CMMS and integrity management systems.
Capability in data analysis, reporting, and technical documentation.
Ability to produce high-quality technical deliverables and reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments.

Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
